Returns, Refunds , Damage Policy – Wood Chuck Designs

At Wood Chuck Designs, every piece is built in-house using real materials—wood, metal, and precision equipment. These are not mass-produced items, and we don’t operate like a big box store.

All Sales Final

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

This includes:

Custom flags
Personalized items
Made-to-order builds
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your item is damaged in transit or shows delivered but is missing:

The customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier
We will assist by providing documentation, photos, and order details as needed

We’ll help you through the process—but the claim must be initiated by the recipient.

What Doesn’t Qualify

We do not accept claims for:

Natural wood variations (grain, knots, color differences)
Minor imperfections consistent with handcrafted products
Damage caused after delivery
Improper hanging, handling, or storage

Every piece is unique. That’s the point.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We move fast once production starts.

Changes must be requested immediately after purchase
Once your item enters production, no changes or cancellations are guaranteed
Built Right. Backed Right.

We don’t build cheap—and we don’t disappear after the sale.
If something shows up wrong, we fix it. Period.
