Wood Chuck Designs is more than a flag shop — it’s a small, veteran-influenced craft studio focused on building heirloom-quality wooden American flags and custom wall art. Every piece is created in-house using: • CNC carving for precise stars, clean edges, and crisp logos • Laser engraving for detailed artwork and fine line work • Mixed-media craftsmanship for layered depth, bold color, and professional finishes • Hands-on experience with 5+ years of production and over 1,400 designs available. Our shop includes my partner and uncle — an 82-year-old Vietnam veteran who still contributes to the craft every day. His pride, discipline, and attention to detail show in every flag that leaves our workshop.
